Refund policy

Return Policy: 

Tractor Brothers (4myMahindra.com) will accept returns as long as it is within 30 days of the customer receiving the order.

Tractor Brothers (4myMahindra.com) will always accept returns if it was our mistake (i.e. sent wrong part) but we will not be responsible for shipping expense of returning orders if the customer ordered the wrong part. 

Tractor Brothers (4myMahindra.com) will not return any electrical components.

When returning an order there may be a restocking fee if it is a special order part. This will be done at Tractor Brothers' (4myMahindra.com) discretion. 

Customer agrees to pay for shipping on returned parts unless otherwise determined by Tractor Brothers (4myMahindra.com).

Shipping: 

If there is a part that needs to be returned please send it to 113 Hartman Road, Greensburg, Pa 15601. 

Once the part is received the customer will be notified and we will process the return. Please note that this could take a few days for the return to process and the refund to show in your bank account / credit card account.
